New SIm card order

Ordered 2 SIm cards online on Monday June 25th. Received order confirmation that evening but as of today (Wednesday) I haven't received anything re: order/tracking status. Is this a normal wait time? The website says the order will be received in 3-5 business days and it's been 2 and it's not even sent out yet...

So far, this is normal wait time. You will receive shipping/tracking info once your order is shipped.

I got a phone number ((1-844-566-3697) which was useless (so far) as I left a message; spoke to no one (and turns out its Telus). The number is for koodo webstore; email is koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com. Haven't heard back from them either

There's been a delay in order lately, so this might explain why you don'T have any info!

Just to clarify, Koodo has a back log of orders, resulting in a few extra days to process orders.  Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with tracking information

1 week later the order is processed. No shipping data. Koodo online is a black hole

How do you know the order is processed with no shipping data?
DId you check your spam folder?
"Order processed; awaiting shipping in 2 to 5 business days". No tracking info; and about 14 spelling errors in the message...that's how...

Hey Steve, did you try sending an email to koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com. They actually got back to me in a few hours confirming my SIM was about to be sent out, then I received the tracking details a few hours later. Best of luck!

I ordered my new SIM card on June 26, received a order confirmation number the next day. I received the shipping confirmation and tracking information on July 3. I received my SIM on July 4th. Maybe Canada Day is causing delays. Hope you get it soon!
