I cannot find my TAB history on the Self Serve site.  I can view my current TAB, but I want to see my whole TAB history as I am trying to find out when I got my current phone.  I have been diddling around on the site for nearly an hour and cannot figure out where to look.  I am seriously frustrated!

When you are in the new self serve site, click on the self serve menu at the top again and it will reveal a new set of menus.

Im just leaving for a meeting so no time to screen shot and edit screen shot for you.

Yes, did that and the 'old' screen comes up and, when I click on TAB, it routes me to the new screen where it merely shows my tab balance.  I used to be able to see my TAB transaction history.  I am actually trying to figure out when I got my phone and it showed on TAB history.  I am having issues with my phone and want to know if it's still on warranty or not and my TAB history would show that.

Tab history is not available with the new self serve site. ( I hope it will be available when they finished upgrade the site.
Did you check your e-bill? You can still access them. You can't see the exact date when you  purchased it, but you can see which billing cycle you bought it.

If you need the exact date, customer service should help you.
*611 from your phone. Tell them you were looking for tab history through self serve but you couldn't find it.

I was also looking for the tab history and sadly could not find it on the pretty and new Koodo site. Unfortunately many sites are going the "simplify" route to appease mobile users and Google.  Unfortunately, simplifying can too often lead to "dumbed down" and loss of useful functionality.  Alas, progress?

When will TAB History be available on the new website?

Hello Derek.

Suggest it as a feedback when using the site. The more the people, the fastest it has chances to come!

Robert,

Care to provide a link for offering feedback?  I have not been able to find it.

What? Since the site is now officially not in Beta anymore, I think they removed it. Can't seem to find it neither. Sorry for suggesting you that.

Then you can post as an "Idea" here ;)

My suggestion is as follows. "Remove new website and reinstate old website"!  that is until all old functionality is available on new website.

So... the months tick on.  Are you guys ever bringing tab history back? I would like to politely point out that it's elimination in the first place raises the question of "why", and points to it's only logical purpose of limiting, for some reason, the account information customers are able to access. Ill will is a by-product.  I dropped in tonight to see what I still owed as I seemed to remember that as of this month's payment, my tab should have been paid off. It wasn't, I still over over $50. In my case, I had my paperwork filed, so looked it up to see the start date and it seems to be my mistake. Everything appears to be more or less on track. More or less, I can't tell for sure.  For those who lose track of their original paperwork your elimination of tab history is inconvenient.  If there was a mistake made in the tab payment, tab history could be used as verification. It's elimination seems slightly suspicious.  Please bring it back.

totally agreed. There's always the option of calling in as Mayumi mentioned although it's somewhat inconvenient.

I like to see my tab history in one page too.

But if you log into self serve and check your E-bill, you can see "Summary of Tab by user" on page 3 and detail info on page 4 and/or after like -
Opening Tab Balance
Koodo Contribution
Your Contribution (Tab Charge)
Closing Tab Balance

So, you can track your tab of last 18 month. It's really inconvenient to check each month but if you have some doubt, you can call in and ask them question about it. ( They don't charge you for asking question
