Plan details have always been spotty with self serve and an old plan, but now how do you find out your data overages with a "no longer offered" plan?

If Koodo doesn't post the terms and conditions, does that make it free?

Hi Jerry, could you provide more details? Do you mean that Self Serve is not showing any information about your data usage because you have a grandfathered plan? Thank you!

That's not what he is saying. He wants to know what his data rates are once he goes into overage. I guess he is saying it's not in plan description?

You're right, Rory! Thank you for the clarification :)
Jerry: it seems that indeed the data overage rate is not indicated for the moment. To find out the applicable rate, give us a call at *611,option #5, from your cell or send us an email http://koo.do/11eMLdy. Thank you!

" it seems that indeed the data overage rate is not indicated for the moment..."

I remember those data overage rate information for older plans were on and off.
I hope we can see it once Koodo completed new self serve  :)
