New plan not on my account

My plans was from before April 2015. I changed it to a new plan and paid off my tab balance which was added to my most recent bill. However in my self serve it still shows my plan as the old plan that I had and not the new one that I switched to. Does anyone know if it takes time to actually make the switch or should I be calling someone?

Did you actually do the switch? Try and do it again to see what it will tell you
