New plan missing features

Signed up for 60$ 10gig plan... no mention of minutes .. no mention if minutes R local or Canada wide... yes it’s posted many places but not on signed sheet or in self serve for that line except 10 gigs of data and unlimited sms/mms...

Can someone help?? Been on hold for 83mins ... I understand people Re swamping Ll providers but I really would like this resolved so that my account actually shows what is included... I’m not one to presume or assume... I like seeing things in black and white

That plan ($60 10GB) should include unlimited Canada-wide minutes

I appreciate your response... and I think should as well but until it’s listed in my self serve or I get an official response that says yes it is... should isn’t a certainty

I am also new to koodo and would like to get the correct answer. I am not sure if “/Unlimited” under “Airtime” in the “View Usage” section means it’s for sure an unlimited nation wide talk and text plan.

Yes it is 100% unlimited nationwide minutes. It's probably a little glitched right now but you'd be best waiting until after the 19th to get it fixed given people are on hold for over 3 hours before being disconnected and FB/Twitter is up to 48+ hour response times.

In the meanwhile, don't worry, it's definitely nationwide

Folks, I can assure it's a glitch and we are working on fixing it. The plan does come with unlimited minutes as per Goran. Thanks for the heads up!
