New phone wont connect to koodo network

I just got a prepaid sim card from koodo and activated it on my account. The sim card came with 20 dollars on my account and i chose the base plan of 15 dollars and it subtracted the 15 dollars from the 20 so i didnt add any more money. After activating it i put it into my unlocked phone(S4 mini). I selected the Koodo APN and it shows bars on the right, but when i try to text or call, it says not registered on network. On the pulldown menu it also says unregistered SIM. I've tried taking the sim card and battery out and putting it back in, i tried putting it in flight mode and then off of fight mode and i've tried manually connecting to Koodo. None of these are working. When i try to manually connect to koodo it says unable to connect try again later. Any advice? Is this a problem on koodos end?

Hello Cameron!

Did the problem fix itself? It might be a problem on Koodo's end, oe maybe with your phone. Did you try the SIM in another phone?

The problem has not fixed its self as of yet. Unfortunately i do not have another phone to try the sim card with. If the problem has not fixed itself by morning i will try putting the sim card in one of my friends phones and see if it works.

I have an s4 mini that i got off of my uncle. He got his phone off of rogers and i unlocked it. I called koodo service and they said that my phone for some reason has been reported lost or stolen. I talked to my uncle about it and he spoke to the manager of rogers and he gave him my IMEI number and according to rogers my phone HAS NOT been reported lost or stolen. He is now with Bell so he called bell too to make sure and they said the same thing, my phone is not on the list as blacklisted. So I called koodo back and basically they said there is nothing they can do. Somehow my phone is on koodos blacklist even though it has never been reported as lost or stolen.

I checked there and it says my phone has not been reported as lost or stolen, yet koodo says it has. Im really confused
