Brand new to Koodo just activated my account but phone has been saying emergency calls for for over 2 hours. We live in 2018... how long does it take to register the phone service???
It's a Koodo phone on monthly/postpaid. I'm well aware of the reboot/reinsert and tried those dozens of times. Waited an hour with support and had to troubleshoot with engineering to determine something happened with my activation and required backend escalation. Finally got service this morning, but I'm not impressed with the poor activation experience, seems like this has happened periodically with others on the forum.
