try doing a power reset. If your phone has a removable battery, turn phone off, take out battery and SIM card for 60 seconds, put them back in, turn phone on. If it doesn't have a removable battery (iphone, Motorla, Galaxy A5 etc) hold power and volume up (or power and home on an iPhone) until the phone comes back on.
Also check your network settings, make sure it's connecting to Koodo.
You might have to call customer service, maybe they have to change something on their end, put you on another switch or relay or something.
