Are you already a customer just wanting to upgrade to a new phone? Just swap the SIM Card from the old phone to the new if it's the same size and away you go. If it's a different size you'll have to purchase one from Koodo and just use self serve to activate the new SIM Card.
If you want to set up a second line it can be done at any Koodo kiosk if your eligible.
If you are a new customer then also just visit your local Koodo kiosk and they will happily set you up.
