new phone in the mail from koodo, keeps saying "no service"

I lost my old Iphone (its suspended and i renewed my contract with a new phone) and just got the new one from Koodo sent in the mail. they sent a simcard, I put it in and it just keeps saying "no service"

You will need to contact Koodo to get the new sim card activated.  Try ti send them a private message via facebook or twitter
