New phone activateion failed.

I tried to activate my new phone (sim) but your web site was messed up this morning. Now i can't see which phone is on my account. My self serve profile is munched and I have no data on my old phone any more. I'm at the point of just returning the phone...

Hey Greg - I see that you performed a handset swap this morning just before 9AM. The swap was done for your phone number ending in 48.
When you say self serve is 'munched' - what exactly is happening? Are you getting an error message? Let us know what exactly the issue is and if we can help.. or if you just needed to confirm the above info.

The phone swap was suppose to be on phone number ending in 59, not 48. This morning when I tried to activate it  your web site was down for service.. The info on my account was 'not available, try again later' If i tried to go to koodo mobile/registermysim I'd get "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /account/selfserve/postpaid/P200935441351343288165 on this server"

When I try to see my phone info on self serve, it would show my plan, not the phone..

If it swapped on 48 then it swapped the wrong phone, and I can't fix it via self serve..
