I placed an order on August 21st, I had not heard anything from your team till today. The webstore left me an email saying my order was "pending for approval, it seems that we need to verify some details with you" I've tried calling back  repetitively. I want to know if i can cancel my order, or pick up in store. Order #HFO18581656

It's not my team, I'm only a customer like you are. You cannot pick up in store. As for an answer, here's  an employee's answer in another question similar to yours.
[...], rest assured we are on it, just backed up given the volume of people ordering due to great sale and the back-to-school period.

how do I go about cancelling my order? if this is how you treat new customers, I don't want to know what it's going to be like in a few months.

@Joanna, we have had some challenges with the sea of orders we got. We certainly underestimated demand. If you wish to cancel your order I totally understand. Pls send an email to webstore@koodomobile.com.

Your iPhone 7 order was approved though and it's waiting to be shipped.
