Hey I have been a Koodo customer for a little less than a year now. I am from the Caribbean and I used to be able to call my home directly. But since the "Long-distance" mintues have been applied, I am not able to and I'm told that my country is probably blocked! Can it be unblocked? I am not pleased at all!

I'm aware of the list. My country is not on it... Commonwealth of Dominica. What happens in the case where I don't have data or wifi and I need to call my friends or family?

Just making sure. If your country isnt on that list then you'll have to switch to postpaid or another carrier that offers what you need in prepaid.

For the time being, consider a calling card while you use up your remaining minutes and data with Koodo. There are no doubt other alternatives:

Will Koodo at least allow the $10 to be transferred back to my card/bank account?

A request to Koodo may return the unspent $10 on your account to you.

I suggest a request for refund sent by Private Message to their Facebook account, or a DM to their Twitter account as the most time effective method.
