I have an iphone 5c. I am on a koodo prepaid plan - $15.00 per month + booster. I live in BC; am going to Ontario.
If I have my phone on but make or receive no calls in Ontario do I incur roaming charges?
If I make or receive a call to a phone in Ontario what am I charged?

No there are no roaming so charges for having your phone turned on. If you wish you can turn off roaming on your iPhone under settings, to avoid any possiblility of roaming charges if you where were to receive or make a call, although Telus's/Bell's shared network which Koodo runs on should cover the same foot print as Rogers so you shouldn't ever have to roam on another network. Your Pre paid mintues are Canada Wide so you will be deducted 1 minute per mintue for calls made or received from anywhere in Canada.

Hi Terry! Justin said it all. Minutes will be deducted when calling and receiving. No long distance charges when calls made from Canada to Canada. Enjoy Ontario!
