New email forgot password no access to my account

I just started with Koodo in December and I had to switch my internet service provider. As such I can not receive the email to reset my Koodo account. How can I get my email reset so I can reset my password? I need to see my bill. It is saying over 50 in data overspendage and has blocked out my data. I want to track where the data spendage was as I have two phone lines, one is mine the other my daughters. Please advise

Are you saying that you now have a different email address than the one you registered for koodo? And this you can't recover your password? If yes, in that case you have to call them. Also, I would suggest to pick a gmail or hotmail email address so when you switch Internet provider you wouldn't have to change email addresses.
