New customer - can't register for Koodo Self Serve

I signed up with Koodo yesterday and can't register for self serve.  The rep said I'd receive an email and have 24 hours to click on the link.  I did not receive an email but tried to register anyways (we set my dad up a few days ago without an issue).  I put in all my information according to my service agreement and I'm getting a message stating the information entered does not match.  I've tried doing this directly from the app (pre load) on my phone as well as my laptop with the same result.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi Lindsay, Did you happen to check your spam folder in your email incase the email was sent there instead of your primary folder?
If you didn't receive it there either then they may have entered your email address incorrect when they were setting up your account. If that's the case you may want to send Koodo a private Facebook message on their page explaining you didn't receive the email and they can help rectify the issue.
