New costomer, plan is missing the 4GB data that was included. who can address this?

I need help, I am a customer that moved from pulblic mobile on an offer of $45 for 4GB of data.
when i review my rate plan on self help, it is indeed a $45 plan but i don't see data anywhere, and today I got a text messag from koodo saying I used 50% of my 100MB data, I may have incurred some additional data fees already.

My order confirmation clearly shows -- $45 4GB Unltd min Plan SFD

Where did you activate your plan?
Did you check your self-serve and see the $45 4GB ?

If you think there was a mistake in activation, you would need to contact Koodo directly. I would suggest you send message to their facebook or call 611.
