Joining could not have been easier. With help from Mackenzie (email), Dan (FB) and Chris (live call) all steps were uneventful. From buying the SIM for my own iPhone SE, it came pre-activated, to using Self Serve to transfer my cell number from Telus, the whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. Thanks to the team at Koodo.

Awesome to hear Frank! Just curious, was there any particular reason why you need to call Chris vs. making the change you wanted online?

Reason for the call was to get my Account PIN since I had no contact with Customer support when joining. I must have set it when filling out the online form when purchasing the SIM + plan as the number looked quite familiar. *sigh* ;)
