New client- Account balance $0

I just switched from Fido to Koodo prepaid and logged into my account to find the balance for the ($15) base plan is 0, even though it was just topped up as part of the bonus for switching. My ($5) 25 minutes are in the account, just not the base plan. Also, when I phone the number my old Fido phone rings.

The $15 will have been used up to activate your base plan, so that at least is normal, Jeff.

Did you port in your number from Fido? If your old Fido phone still rings, the port might not have gone through (yet). What number does Koodo prepaid show, your Fido number or a random other number?
