Looking to go to a new carrier, do I need to do anyhing with Koodo? Or can I just have the new carrier switch everything over? Will I be charged a full month from Koodo? Do I need to give Koodo 30 days notice?

You would need to pay off any outstanding device tab. You will also be billed a pro rated amount depending on where you are in your billing period when you port out. It will all be on your final bill after you leave Koodo.

You do not need to do anything with Koodo (other than pay your final bill), whatever carrier you are porting to will take care of everything.

Thank you! I have no tab, I brought my own phone when I started with them. I really liked Koodo, but I have a corporate phone plan through my career that I cannot pass up!

Thanks for the reply, the new carrier said the same thing as you but I wanted to be sure. :)
