New Activation Crashed - Created New Activation - Now 2 new Lines on Account?!

Hello, I went to WalMart Wireless today to purchase an iPhone SE for a family member. I was adding a secondary line to my account. Everything was going smooth, the associate got an error on the last step where he was to print the agreement - he tried refreshing and it just logged him out. He scanned the IMEI/Serial/SIM Card Number during the above process.

He swapped phone/sim card for new ones to see if that was the issue, the number I chose the first time wasn't there - so I chose another one. This time, everything goes through just fine, agreement prints, I sign off and I'm on my way.

I get home to log in to my self-serve as I haven't seen any emails about the changes yet, only to find that both the first number (complete the a negative tab balance) and the second number (again, with a negative tab balance) are on my account.

I only received one phone, signed one agreement, etc. 

Will the first activation that had the error go away from my account, or will I have to fight with the wait times this week to get it resolved? WalMart isn't a short distance from me either - was only in that town for a birthday party for a good friends daughter.

Hi stephen. try looking for another store near by ...these days it is going to be simpler to go and have the rep call directly from the store since the error was done from out there...or register your number on their automated system to get a call back and report the issue. hope it will help :)
