Where did you get the phone from? Seems like it needs to be unlocked from the carrier it was purchased from.

Look like the phone connects to the network though, is that possible if the phone is locked?

Did you purchase this phone carrier-attached by any chance? If the answer is yes, you can contact the original carrier to unlock the phone if it's locked.
