New $65 Plan. Am I eligible without having a tab?

I currently have $73/mo. plan and want to know if I can change to $65/mo plan, which has all the same features, except less MB for additional data,  although I don't have any monthly tab as I prepaid for cellphone? Also, will there be an admin charge for changing the plan? Have an Iphone 6s and am located in Ottawa.

By the sounds of it, you are allowed to change to this plan. You can change your plan for free via self serve.

You are able to change plans at any time on self serve. You are allowed 1 plan change per billing cycle. Do you see the plan on your self serve?

Note:   WHen changing plans, watch out for pro-ration when it comes to minutes.  If you are going from unlimited minutes to unlimited minutes, then you are ok

EDIT: Sorry I started answering this like an hour ago and got pulled away and just completed the reply.  Allan and I are not employees.  We are customers like you, but we have been answering questions on this forum for a while, and assist Koodo sometimes
