The new $45 deal with UL Canada Wide calling and UL evenings and weekends seems better than the $50 pack I am on now with 500+ minutes and UL weekends after 5 pm. When I try to use the self serve I cannot see this new plan. How can I change without incurring cost of service call?

If you want one of the new plans then you'd need to pay off your existing tab, if any, and call customer service to switch to the new plans.

There's no service charge since this isn't something you can do on your own via self serve.

Note: if you're currently getting the 10% BYOD discount, it t is also not compatible with the new plans. And you'll loose it if you switch to a newer plan.
