never recieved tracking number email as well the first email i recieved had the wrong shipping info

What do you mean it had the wrong shipping info, was it an old address of yours?

If you checked your spam folder to see if it accidentally went there it may not have been sent yet, you won't receive tracking until it's shipped. When did you order the phone?

when i went to pay for my purchase it listed that the shipping address needed to be the same as the credit card was reqestiered too so i entered the address that i live at but on my account my address is my aunts address so when i recieved the first email saying the address it was going to was my aunts address which is OK  as my family stil lives there but i never got the second email saying it had been shipped. it can go to etiher address but i just need to know which one so i can let my family know to accept the package if it does infact ship there

I still have not received that second email with the tracking information. i ordered on  Feb 24th.... 4 days ago.... and still no word....this is concerning me. i reached out to webstore...twice.....with no response from them either.....

I GOT 1 EMAIL ....thats it. i just emailed webstore AGAIN!!!! the 3rd time. i need to know whats going on like WTF    they toook my money  quick.   i am without a phone as my last one finally died. i am phone-less     this is driving me nuts!!

Yes that first email should have been an order confirmation email and on thr email it will have given a order number... Can you share that number here so we can have Koodo look into it for you.
It's at the very top of the email above the shipping address and everything

Ok you put what was asked for then deleted it for some reason so we can't help now. We are customers just like you who are here to help you we have lives as well so I'm sorry I didn't get back immediately I was looking after my kids.

Even then it's not immediate we have to pass along the info and get one of the employee to look into it when they get the chance. This is not the normal way you'd just wait till the webstore gets back to you but we were tryin to do extra and get you a response a little faster if possible . Well Have a great day I guess.

i am have no idea how this works   all i know is i am without a phone going on 5 days because after almost 2 years my absolutely perfect condition(not even 1 scratch on it - was in an otter box since day 1 ) it blue screened of death on me for NO reason :(. i am so heart broken.... i lost everything ..... and koodo cannot even respond to me! ...i am just beyond frustrated!  1 email saying they would send me another email then its been radio silenece for 4 days going on 5 days... i was hoping to get my new phone ( which i have already paid for )within the week like the said 3-5 business days wheni ordered...i ordered on a saturday figuring at max : it would be here by the friday. its Wednesday and i have heard not one thing about whats going on. and with now ...4 emails sent to them....stilll no response. i need to know whats going on? as my money has been taken and i cannot go without a cell phone much longer. sorry my frustration has been taken out on you.thank you for trying to help

Hi Amber - I was able to pull your order info., and it looks like it was flagged due to a discrepancy with the order details and account info. I'll flag this with our web store team to see if we can expedite the process, but they will need to contact you/the account owner, to sort out the details before they can process the order.

Despite the flag, Koodo online orders can take 5-7 business days to process. Your order was received late Sat. night, so typically, the next communication you'd receive is a shipping confirmation with tracking info. once the order is shipped. Hang tight - I'll see if we can get this sorted for you tomorrow.

Thank you so much for your response. There should not be any discrepancy with any information provided. i gave all the correct information and the money has already been removed from my card to pay for the phone. The only thing that i had to change recently was the address as i am no longer at {address].  we reside at [address] but i thought it may be easier to send it to our aunts house as they are retired and would be home all day to receive a package easier than i but i did the [address] address change then was told the credit card address on file had to match the shipping address so i swtiched it back to ship to [address]  that may be the only weird thing i did when processing the order. but i figured by the money being taken off my card that the order had been processed properly. but i never received a second email with shipping info.i am without a phone since feb 24th as my LG 3G blue screened of death    i lost everything and thought i would speedly receive my newly purchased phone.... but this has been so disappointing of an experience. thank you for getting back to me... i will wait for your response tomorrow.

Yikes... blue screen is the worst. Happened to my laptop last week, whilst I had +10 tabs open and multiple draft emails, waiting to be sent.
While our webstore is pretty great, processing/delivery times aren't as quick as Amazon Prime yet, and the likely reason for the flag on the order is the address discrepancy you mentioned (which btw, I've updated to remove the actual details you included - for privacy, since this is a public forum).

I've shared your order details with the team, and expect to have an update tomorrow. I'll share it with you here once I hear back :)

Hi Amber - I just got word back from the team that they've reviewed the order details and it is now approved for processing. Everything should be cleared and shipped within the next 3-5 business days. Once they do so, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking info. for the package. Hope that helps.
