Im in Canmore, Alberta and signal goes in and out all the time, im new to koodoo, is it like this here,all the time,  its not really acceptable, im missing calls from people all the time.

Signal can be affected by all kinds of factors. Even old houses can hinder a good connection.

Try going into your settings and changing the network selection from automatic to manual.

Your phone will do a scan and show you the available networks. Choose Koodo or Telus

See if that doesn't help.

Keep in mind this disables international roaming so if you ever go out of Canada, you'll have to set it back to Automatic.

it didnt actually give me koodoo as an option just telus, weird noÉ

Oh and I should mention. That this actually disables ALL roaming. Even the rogers ext roaming in northern ontario and Saskatchewan. So if you ever see no service and your outside your normal area, turn it back to Automatic.
