My iPhone has not been able to connect to the network all weekend and when I try to load emails or internet pages it says the server stopped responding. As a result, my text messages are delayed unless on wifi and I've missed some important and timely client emails :( can someone help or let me know if there's a reported outage in the Ottawa area? I've tried resetting my iPhone and clearing it as well as putting it on/off airplane mode.

Hi Meaghan,There is no outage to my knowledge. Shut down your iPhone, take the sim card out and let it sit for a few minutes. Then put the sim card back in and try again.

merci pour les suggestions mathieu. my SIM card is jammed and the paper clip trick didn't work :( are there any other ways that my network issues can be fixed? if not, i'll just try to make it to the Apple store if Koodo cannot offer support for my network issues.

If your SIM card is jammed in there, then that could be why it's not registering since you might of damaged the SIM card reader. Take it over to the apple store and see if they can assist you.
