My cell phone won't work. A message comes up that the mobile network is not available. However other people's cell phones (which are not koodo) are working.

Do you normally have service where you are located?

If your phone accidentily on Airplane mode?
Was 3G accidentily turned off?

There's a few variables at play here.

What phone are you using? Are you inside or outside and where are you located?

Try taking out the battery (if possible) and SIM card for about a minute and then put everything back together to refresh the phone.

Also, depending on what device you're using, go into your cellular settings and make sure that 3G is enabled. That's the only network Koodo supports for cell service (besides 4G LTE).
