Hi! I'm trying to call Koodo customer service to get more info on the monthly plans. Basically, I need to know more about data roaming rates, monthly fees, etc. but I never get to talk with a sales rep. I am in Europe so I am in WET (Western European Time). Does time difference has to do with it, do I need to call later? Need the service for a small company.

You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.
Hours of Operation
Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm
(pacific time zone) so you are roughly 8 hours ahead of pacific time i believe.
although a lot of the info can be found on the koodo website

If having an issue navigating the system, you can keep pressing "0" to speak to a representative. Doing so without listening to selection though, may result in needing to be transferred to the right department. But at least it will get you speaking with someone.

You said you need service for a small company. How small are we talking? Koodo is a consumer carrier and as such does not cater to business-level services, plus the max allowed # of lines on an account are limited to 3 for the first 90 days of an account being active, then up to 5 afterward. If you can deal with that, though, it can work for you.

Thanks to all!

Jonathan I, the need I have for now is of two numbers - that is what I have with Rogers and wish to browse for better service.

Chris, good idea, here is the basics:
- two number from Rogers, is it possible to keep the numbers and transfer them to Koodo? (I think it is possible, it is announced on the website)
- I need more data than voice or text, so a plan with unlimited web usage is the goal;
- I also need my colleagues to have the cheapest unlimited data roaming so they can travel abroad (USA, UAE, Europe) and keep on selling. So I need to get the roaming costs for this. Is it available in anywhere on the website? For instance, Wind Mobile offers me 50$ unlimited data and an add-on of 20$ for Roaming data all over the world or 1$/mb for a list of US, European and other countries.

Thanks for your patience!

If international data roaming is what you're looking for then Koodo is not the carrier for you. Roaming packages are only available for the US. Roaming data anywhere else in the world will cost you $5-$10 per MB.

It is possible to keep your numbers. You can check if your number is eligible to move to Koodo here
https://secure.koodomobile.com/checkt...

Koodo doesn't offer unlimmited data. $74 plan gives you unlimited talk&text plus 2GB Data ( $5/250 MB overage charge). I know it doesn't look good for heavy data users.

You can check the international roaming cost here. If you use your phone abroad a lot, it might be better unlock your phone and use it with a local sim card.

Hello Mayumi,

Thank you for your answer! It looks like Koodo might not be for us after all. I'll read a bit more and make my decision. Thank you!
