i need to report a payment before midnight and its closed like there gonna suspened my phone and like a did what i was supposed too and know they totally screwed me what can i do

I recommend calling in to customer service to arrange payment. If you have a credit card you can pay through it. Call in to *611 or 1-866-995-6636. Just to let you know if you let it lapse, there will be a $35 reconnection fee.

*611 from your Koodo phone, followed by option 3 (For additional options such as credit card payments, report a payment, or payment arrangements, say options or press 3.), then option 4 (To report a payment say report or press 4 (No PIN required)) to report a payment.

Also note that Koodo does offer a little bit of extra time to allow all payments, be they done by computer banking, telephone banking or check, before they suspend accounts for non-payment. Did you have a payment arrangement already setup? When does, or did, your billing period end? When did you make the payment?
