You were disconnected because you didn't pay?

^This isn't a debate as to whether or not she deserved it because she didn't pay if that's what you were going to do, LairdC.

You are right Ahmad. Deserving has nothing to do with this. It's a fact and applies to equally to everyone. I'm sure they have a system that automatically cuts people off for non-payment. It doesn't matter whether you deserve it or not. Once that happens people can I suppose plead their case to whoever to hook it back up. But I want equalilty....doesn't matter if it's suzy, johhny or whoever. Otherwise it's always the one with the "best" story that wins. I have already moved on though. :-)

Yeah, I agree with you however it's not your job or responsibility to basically tell anyone "Well you didn't pay your bill, so too bad and suck it up". Anyone, even if it was you, would be disappointed if your service was cut off even if you know you didn't pay. NO ONE says to themselves "Oh I didn't pay, it makes sense, alright lets go grocery shopping" when their phone gets cut off. Yes, it does suck. There's absolutely no need to start that kind of stuff here. A question was asked and that should be the focus.

You'll have to contact customer service, Dial *611 from your mobile phone & explain your situation to them.

I'm sorry about your situation but KID ANDROID is correct, your only option is to call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone and speak with a customer service rep about a possible payment arrangement. Just explain your situation to them. Until you call and make a payment arrangement or make a payment, your line will continue to be disconnected.
