phone service is in french need English every time i give my number it switches to French

How unfortunate for you.

Currently, Koodo's IVR selects the language for you based on the language setting on your account.

Probably what happened is that the dealer you spoke to during activation auto-picked his preferred language.

As far as I know you will need a Koodo rep to change this, luckily most French speaking agents are bilingual so just pick option 5 to get a customer service rep. If they can't speak English they can at least transfer you to someone who can.

They can also correct the language setting for you as well.

Hi there Garret... most likely your account in this moment is set up for French as a language of preference... I will suggest you to call *611 or the toll free number and get your profile changed to English so next time that you call all the options could be presented to you in English...
