Need urgent reactivation of previous customer from Oct.29th, 2014 without current ID's

Was customer up until Oct.29th, 2014 in BC and now PC Mobile cut off my service because of poor coverage. I need my phone urgent, can you reactivate my phone with previous ID's? Waiting for new ones to arrive but need phone asap.

No, sorry Sylvie, if you are a new Koodo customer, you will need two pieces of ID and they will perform a credit check. The only way you can get around that if you take a Koodo prepaid plan.

Edit: oh wait you were a Koodo customer less than 6 months ago, right? I am actually not so sure if you need a new credit check, let me ask our Koodo liaison and I'll get back to you :)

Usually they can reactivate the account within 90 days if I remember correctly but in this circumstance I don't think they can still "see" the IDs that were used.

Plus you would need your ID to prove that its you trying to reactivate it. Without photo ID they cant do anything.
