You can send them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter. Calling in you could be waiting awhile but it's *611 from your mobile phone

I made a large payment to Koodo, and instead of using it to pay off my tab, they applied it as a credit towards my account. I have 2 phones on one bill. One shows a zero tab, the other shows a large negative tab because of my payment. But because I was told that Koodo charges a fee just to talk to a human with a brain and that I should just make the payment directly to koodo and they would take care of it. Well obviously the people at the koodo location in the White Oaks London mall near me were wrong. So, do you work for koodo or how does this work? I find this method of communication slow and frustrating. And to pay koodo to fix this problem by phone is just insulting since it's their money I'm talking about.

Hi Merlin,
I don't think you have to pay Koodo for the account inquiry, as you couldn't do it yourself in selfserve.

To contact Koodo, you could call Koodo or send message to their facebook as Paul suggested above.

By the way, to pay off Tab you can do it in your selfserve, select View Tab Balance --> Pay my Tab

No need to contact Koodo.  Just pay off tab via self serve like Azure said and it will be invoiced to your monthly ebill.  Since you already applied the payment on your bill, the credit will be applied to that amount

@ Merlin, you did make a payment via the automated phone system. However, there you cannot make a payment towards your TAB just your account. So, the the payment went towards that and that is why you have a credit on your account. You can log into your account online, specify TAB payment and some or all of the  credit currently on your account will be applied towards tab payment.
