Hi Annette,
Sorry to hear you lost your phone! To cancel it you can log into self-serve and go under Mobile Phone --> Lost/Stolen Phone

From there you can say wether your phone has been lost or stolen and stop it from accessing any Canadian carrier and stop it's access to voicemail!

Hope this helps!

Just to add, you will never be responsible for extra charges because you are a prepaid customer. Prepaid means that you pay for all services upfront, so there are never any outstanding or extra charges if your phone is ever lost or stolen. Happy to hear you found your phone!

It's good news.
If you are prepaid customer, you don't need worry about extra charges. It will be inactive If you don't renew your base plan. Also you won't be able to make calls when a talk booster runs out.
Try to register prepaid self serve again from this link. It's very handy to have working self serve account :)

Hi Marlene,

To cancel your account you will need to call Koodo (number in the contact us section of the website) and talk to a representative to cancel your account.
