need to pay my balance

I recently had my account discontinued i know i still have to pay my remaining tab but then i couldnt log in to my acct....i just need the total of what i owe u guys then i'll pay right away...i went to that koodo stalls at the mall to pay but was told i couldn't.

If you recently cancelled your account, you should still be able to log into your self-serve account to see if you have an outstanding balance and pay it if necessary

I am surprised that you couldn't do it at the mall. I would suggest calling them and give them your info and they should be able to help you from there.:)
thanks guys ..i just couldn't access my acct to know how much i owe them because it got locked since i couldn't remember my password....calling them couldn't do anything either coz it's bunch of recordings that didn;t fit any of my concern....i hope u can help me...just wanted to pay my balance and be clear and clean as i moved to a new provider...thanks a lot....

Choose any option basically and a rep can still assist you and/or transfer you to the right person. Call again, *611 from your Koodo phone or 18669956636 from any other phone
