Been trying for 3 weeks to change my address, but Koodo web keeps saying something is going wrong on their end. I need to pay my bill and this is getting ridiculous. I got my phone 3 weeks ago, the lady in store set up my account and wrote wrong address and did not confirm with me.
Hi Mary - we don't have any known system issues that would be preventing you from changing your address. What's the exact error message that you're receiving? Keep in mind that the address needs to be in the correct format, as used by Canada Post. You can verify how they have it listed here. If this still doesn't help, please be patient and someone will get back to you on Facebook (we're a bit backed up at the moment, so it's taking longer than usual - but you can expect a reply within 24-hours.).
Also, if you're worried about your payment being late, you can pay over the phone by dialing #227, or registering Koodo as a payee with your bank and you can pay through them. Keep in mind though, that payments made through a bank may take 3-5 business days to process. You have a couple of weeks until payment is due though, so you do have time.
