Need to change address to pay my bill... but KOODO keeps saying something is wrong on their end. And won't let me submit.

Been trying for 3 weeks to change my address, but Koodo web keeps saying something is going wrong on their end. I need to pay my bill and this is getting ridiculous. I got my phone 3 weeks ago, the lady in store set up my account and wrote wrong address and did not confirm with me.

Hi Mary, you can try contacting Koodo by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.

I did that as well. I posted the the FB wall and messaged the FB account.

Try another browser. If it still doesn't work, give koodo a call so they can change it

My only concern is that they charge you for the call. I don't want to be charged for something that is out of my control.

Tried other browsers as well. Did not work. I will try myself in half an hour maybe. It's odd  that this happens.

Hi Mary - we don't have any known system issues that would be preventing you from changing your address. What's the exact error message that you're receiving? Keep in mind that the address needs to be in the correct format, as used by Canada Post. You can verify how they have it listed here. If this still doesn't help, please be patient and someone will get back to you on Facebook (we're a bit backed up at the moment, so it's taking longer than usual - but you can expect a reply within 24-hours.).

Also, if you're worried about your payment being late, you can pay over the phone by dialing #227, or registering Koodo as a payee with your bank and you can pay through them. Keep in mind though, that payments made through a bank may take 3-5 business days to process. You have a couple of weeks until payment is due though, so you do have time.

Just tried the link. It just gives me one address and postal code. I'm not sure if this usually shows all. Where I live, there is one post office.  Perhaps this is why?

Yeah, it would typically provide the street name, and the range of units/houses that fall within that postal code on that street. In your case, it looks like that postal code applies to all of Curve Lake.

Is there a unit/apartment number involved, or does the address just contain a house number and street name?

It is just my house number and street name. I live on a reserve so I tried multiple ways. Curve Lake FN, Curve Lake First Nations Reserve, Curve Lake FN Reserve.

This might also be an issue. But if a rep can change it for me manually that would be great.

I'd suggest trying street number + street name, followed by Curve Lake, ON on its own. If that doesn't work, I'd wait for a rep to get back to you.

I've tried that.. it's my address. Do you mean the Street Name also in the House Number field?
