Need to "cancel" one of 3 phone number

I have 3 different phone numbers with my account.
One is my own.
One is my husband's
One is our daughter.

Our daughter is moving out and got herself her own cell phone without consulting us prior to making the change.

How do I "cancel"/de-activate her cell phone so I no longer pay for it on a monthly basis?

You call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 and tell them that you need to cancel X phone # line. You'll be billed any negative Tab balance outstanding.

Is she intending to use the phone # or no?

No, she won't use the phone # at all. She's got a new one all together... New phone, new number, new service provider. Love teenagers! ;-)

Will the tab be due automatically upon cancelling the #? Isn't it costing customers to actually call Koodo's customer service?

Hi Janick, the Tab will be charged automatically on the next bill. When you call us, a fee is only applicable if you are asking a rep to do something that can be done via Self Serve (e.g. changing a plan). You can see all the fees on this link, under "Call us": http://koo.do/KQPAOF :) Thank you!
