Your self serve app keeps telling me my password or email is incorrect when i have registered a few times and followed all instructions. I also need my PUK number because i locked myself out.

Hi Rachael,

When it comes to the website, you can try resetting your password and then set up a new one. Here's the link for the Forgot Password page:

https://secure.koodomobile.com/client...

When it comes to the PUK code, you will need to contact tech support as they can provide the number to you. Dial 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone and press 6 to speak with a rep.

Their hours of operation are as follows:

Hours of Operation

Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Hope that helps :)

Why can't the PUK be available in self serve?

That's actually a good question, but when it comes to a sim card being locked out when trying to get into the phone it's just an added security measure so no one can use the sim card in another phone (as I'm sure you're aware). Koodo doesn't charge you for asking for it, I even locked myself out of my phone before and just made the call from my girlfriend's phone. Simple two minute phone call.

I do agree that there should be an option in self serve under Mobile phone tab so that it gives you the option of getting the PUK code from your account as opposed to calling in. Definitely make it a lot easier for customers who have access to their account.

In Europe the PUK code is written on the SIM card package. No need for wasting time to call anyone. Calling is such a pain!!!!

Timo made an excellent suggestion to show PUKs in Self Serve a while ago but I think it got buried. I followed up with also including it on the cutout SIM card holders and/or service agreements.

That's a really good idea, too bad it didn't get noticed. It would have gotten my vote!
