Forgot my password and I can't remember the answer to the security question they gave me.  Can you send me another security question?

You realize this forum is filled with other customers who have no access to your account? You will need to contact Koodo directly to provide credentials so they can verify you as account owner.

I suggest a private message to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account as being a better choice than a call to *611.

Also, keep a record of your login credentials, including security questions, in a safe location where you can retrieve them in the future.
