need help with port my second number

hi i have two number in my account and i succesfully ported one of the number but when i try to do seond one it says i have to wait 90days before i can port again. can someone help

If you cannot do it online in selfserve, you could call Koodo and ask agents to do it for you.

It sounds like you're trying to port the second number onto the same line you transferred the first number to. Make sure you have the other line selected when you're trying to port.
