When I put my email and password in it says I have a current account with the same email

Are you a returning customer to Koodo? Your former account may still be in the system.
If so, you may need to ask Koodo to flush it so you can set up your new account. 

If you are a new customer, you may be trying to create an account using the same email as was used when your account was set up at the store. If so, you'll need to respond to the email sent you to to verify your address.
