Need help with Koodo password set-up!

I am trying to set-up my Koodo prepaid account, and I am putting in my 4 digit PIN and my password, meeting all of the requirements, and it keeps erasing the password and saying it is a required field with the red asterisk. I have tried multiple times and it keeps doing it, very frustrating!

Hi Diana! Hope you were able to get it working. If not have you tried restarting your computer? My kids are always pressing buttons so when I get on it all out of whack. Usually when I restart it it will work better or possibly u had an update?
Anyways hope some of these suggestion helps
