Found some info from an online manual.

https://www.cellphones.ca/upload/manu...

Setting profiles for multimedia messages

1. Tap Messages > Options > Settings.
2. Tap Multimedia Message > MMS Profiles.
3. Select a profile.
4. To add a profile, tap Create > set the options > Save.

Here's Koodo's APN settings. I'm not sure how that phone is laid out in terms of entering the info below. It is an older phone and does not run Android software.

Name: Koodo
APN: sp.koodo.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http: //aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18

MCC: 302
MNC: 220

APN type: Leave blank

This link shows how to do it for AT&T with screenshots.

Just make sure to use the Koodo settings instead.

If that still won't work, perhaps try a factory reset of the phone.

If that won't do it, looks like your phone might not be able to handle MMS on Koodo.

thanks for the link, however, i'm not sure if you looked at it.  it does show however exactly what i have to work with.  And, as you can see, there are a heckova lot of fields the other guy has filled in that there is absolutely no area/option to enter in.

i need to find out how to set it for a Koodo network.  As it has the options to create new MMS profiles.

Under the Settings>Connectivity> Network Connections tab, there is a whole other area to input data.  leading me to believe that perhaps with this particular phone perhaps you have to have two areas filled out for it all to work. (i don't know just grasping at straws here)

in this networks connection tab, you can choose to create a new one. It asks for the following info:

Connection Name:
APN:
Primary DNS:
Secondary DNS:
Linger Time (seconds):
Authentication: (Normal/Secure/none)
Username:
Password:

____________

Factory resetting does little to help as it used to be an ATT phone, but has been unlocked.  It had been confirmed before purchase that it would work in canada with the koodo network in 2017.
