I've had no phone to use and have been a Koodo Customer for 2 years and everytime i phone and they give me the runaround 6 times today my phone crashed and not once did i get called back and still waiting for a supervisor to call me back
For some reason I have went through two phones in the past year on my prepaid account they're trying to tell me that I need to take it to a Koodo store and they will give me a replacement phone while my phone is getting Repair I live in the small northern town in British Columbia the does not give out replacement phone all I'm asking for is a little bit of compensation as my phone is my livelihood to put food on my family's table I was told two weeks ago that I Koodo supervisor would be calling me back two weeks has went by and I've gotten nothing accomplished and have lost close to 10 contracta because of my phone situation I think that is probably enough of an explanation for you to help you understand what is going on and to confirm with you both of my phones were hardware issues
The answer to that question is yes return to the store twice and told them my problem they told me the same thing they do not give loners out to prepaid customers I've been told the same thing as every cell phone store in this city and the one Store that I actually bought last phone the funny thing is Koodo has that on file when I did buy it cuz i activated the phone and verified that was an actual Koodo phone so they just need to spend a little more time and back in my profile
Wow ridiculous give me a break every question you ask because of the exactly what Koodo is telling me number one they don't give loaner phones out anymore until you know the whole story about where I live in what I have to put up with don't look down on me like Koodo is doing right now you obviously haven't accessed any upper management with Koodo or I would have got a phone call ASAP all you need to do is look at the files on my account and they would understand what's going on!!!
