I didn't get an account number when I signed up, I now have my sim card and need the account number to complete sign up

Have you registered for self-serve? It should show up in there.

I assumed you are a postpaid customer,  have your sim activated?.

Don't try to create a selfserve account without Koodo activation email or you will need to ask them to reset. If your SIM wasn't activated. you would need to contact Koodo to get it activated. Send message to their facebook ( will avoid the wait on phone.
