Name change

Last month I changed name on my account and the plan, until today name on my login is same old one and the bill is also not updated. Please advice.

Where did you make the change of name? Would you elaborate on name change? Did you transfer responsability of account?

If account was originally in your name and made changes in your name, for that you could go to nearest koodo store with proof of ID to make changes to your name.

If you changed your name from someone else's name to your's then that is a transfer of ownership. Which would mean that you now have a new account with the same phone number. It's likely your Self Serve profile is linked to the old account. You can call customer service to clear this up.
