Each month, I receive an email to notify me that my e-bill is ready for viewing. Each month, my name is misspelled. I've gone to the kiosk in my local town AND called Koodo twice. I have spelled my name multiple times for Koodo and even had the representative spell it back to me. It's correct on the bill but the email notifications are incorrect. Who should I ask for to actually get somebody who can spell my name correctly when I spell it out for them? Should I ask for a supervisor? This really doesn't seem that it should be this much of a hassle but I've now got nowhere with three different employees. I would say I've spent a total of 2 hours with Koodo to try to sort this out!
