Name change and crazy charges.

First of all, the girl who set up my account at Koodo was in training and accidentally put my middle name as my first name and I can not figure out how to fix it. And the second one is that I was charged my whole plan price ($40) plus partial charges of around $15 for the time period of Feb 25 - March 5th, I am not paying around $62 for 8 days of service. How do I get this rectified? I don't want to call customer service because they charge for every little thing they do for you apparently.

Regarding the 1st month charge, you could see the detail there The bill should also explain where the charge came from. 1st bill normally covers prorated 1st period and the next month. So in your case it should be around 15+40 = 55+tax = around $62

For name change, you would have to contact Koodo directly. Also, have you tried to contact the Koodo kiosk that did it?
