I have a moto x and it weird my phone is not in the list and they sold me pay as u go paying 85 but I can't have my incoming call if it out of my town so my family can't call me

On your phone goto

Settings...wireless and networks...more...mobile networks...network selection....switch to manual...select Koodo or TELUS

Okay, I'm just going to suggest that you call Koodo's excellent and handsome tech support team to try and figure out what's going on here.

If possible call from a different phone using 1-866-995-6636 and choose option 6 to talk to Tech.
